Lexington Trailer & Hitch, LLC (formally Lexington Hitch & Trailer, Inc. established 1995) was acquired July 28, 2008 by Brian Wiese & Tammy Davis a local Lexington family. Brian & Tammy wanted to continue to serve the Greater Lexington area with quality products and services that our customers have relied on. Our location and service dates back to 1953 when Oliver Trailers offered specialized trailer service and parts to the Greater Lexington area. The concept in the beginning started as a small local family owned Trailer Repair Shop that provides quality services and products.

Our customers remember the earliest days and count on us to continue this business tradition. Since then our services, facilities and customer base has expanded to better serve our customers from all over the country and Canada. However still today, the original concept of offering quality service and products is our top priority. We have maintained a steady customer base and local family owned operation that continues to strive for excellence to provide each and every customer with quality services and products.

Since July 2008, Lexington Trailer & Hitch has become a dealer for Wells Cargo Trailers, R&R Aluminum Trailers and Sno-Way Snow Plow & Salt Spreaders. We have increased our inventory stock with a large variety of towing accessories, lights, hitches, locks, fenders, tires, wheels, brake assemblies, brake components, idler hubs, brake drums, axles and axle components. In September 2009, Lexington Trailer & Hitch received authorization to manufacturer trailers and provide VIN Numbers with Certificate of Origin.

Lexington Trailer & Hitch, LLC provide services and repairs for all types of trailers. Our trailer services include but not limited to: preventive maintenance service, axles, wiring, lights, axles, bearings, seals wheels, tires and Commercial DOT Inspections. We install Receiver, Gooseneck, and Fifth Wheel Hitches, Base Plates, Transmission Coolers, Brake Controllers, and Electrical Wiring for Most Vehicle Models. We perform custom welding and fabrication services including Aluminum Welding. Our welder is a Certified Boiler Welder and one of the best in the business. Our services also include services for snow plows and salt spreaders. We install, service and snow plows and salt spreaders. We offer 24-hour facility services for snow plow break-downs during snow events of 2" or more. Our snow plow inventory includes complete units and replacement parts for most models (i.e. Meyer, Western, Curtis, Fisher, etc.).
